Return & Refund

At Mad Scientist, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


 Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (THC and hemp-derived goods), we can only accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to health and regulatory reasons.

 


 Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@madscientistusa.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos of the unopened product (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 


 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases

  • We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider before contacting us again.

 


 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Any product returned more than 14 days after delivery


 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@madscientistusa.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

 


Discretion & Compliance

As a THC-related brand, Mad Scientist reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds at our sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or legal non-compliance.

We also cannot guarantee refunds if shipping is delayed or failed due to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction.
