Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipping.

Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Areas and Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. Due to legal restrictions on hemp-derived and THC-A products, we do not ship to the following states:

Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.
Age-Restricted Deliveries
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally allowed to purchase hemp/THC products in your jurisdiction. We may use third-party age verification tools and may require an adult signature upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or regulatory holdups.
If your package appears delayed or lost:

Mad Scientist is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address entries.
Shipment Returns and Refusals
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or shipment to a restricted state, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. Refunds for such returns may be subject to deductions for shipping and restocking fees.
Product Integrity During Transit
Some products may be sensitive to heat. During warmer seasons, we recommend choosing expedited shipping. We cannot guarantee product condition for standard shipping during high temperatures.
